Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, there is a 30-day grace period once you make your booking, where you can cancel the booking (NO charges apply) or reschedule at your convenience.

What is the typical charge per hour?

We always try to work with our clients and tailor our services and prices to their needs. Feel free to get in touch with us and we will give you a free quote.

How long will it take?

It always depends on the size of your house and what you need done. Feel free to get in touch and we can always give you an estimate.

Do you use your own cleaning products?

For the majority of chores, no we don't, we will simply use what you have available, however if you require a service that is a bit more specific then we can accommodate.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account. If you've paid with cash, we can pop in and give you the cash back.
