Can I change or cancel my booking?


Yes, there is a 30-day grace period once you make your booking, where you can cancel the booking (NO charges apply) or reschedule at your convenience. 

 

What is the typical charge per hour?

 

We do not charge per hour. Our services have a fixed cost which of course can be adjusted if you require a special/custom service. Feel free to get in touch with us and we will give you a free qoute. 

What happens if you take longer than expected?

 

There is no extra charge. If it takes 10 minutes or 20 minutes more to finish a chore, then you won't have to pay anything extra. 

 

Do you use your own cleaning products?

 

For the majority of chores, no we don't, we will simply use what you have available, however if you require a service that is a bit more specific then we can accommodate. 

 

When will I receive my refund?


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account. If you've paid with cash, we can pop in and give you the cash back.
